ich würde gern mit allen technisch Interessierten und Versierten unter Euch eine Diskussion lostreten, die der Titel eigentlich recht gut beschreibt.
Mein Motor (siehe Signatur) zeigt ein für mich etwas seltsames Verhalten bei seiner Ladedruckregelung - bitte schaut euch den Screenshot vom VC-Scope an (die entsprechende LOG-Datei ist unten als Code angefügt). In allen Gängen - hier exemplarisch der 4. und 5. - passiert es, das bei Vollgas ab einer Drehzahl von etwa 4500 der Ist-Ladedruck dem Soll-Ladedruck nicht mehr folgen kann, während das Steuergerät mit dem N75 versucht nachzuregeln also den Druck nicht "bewusst" wegnimmt. Da aber die Drehzahl noch weiter steigt während der Ist-Ladedruck nicht mehr gehalten wird und abfällt, stagniert die Luftmasse laut LMM bei etwa 155g/s.
Meine Theorie hierzu ist, dass das Wastegate bei besagter Drehzahl durch den Abgasdruck vor Turbine (der ja bei mir nach dem chippen höher ist als in Serie) "aufgedrückt" wird und so die Laderdrehzahl sinkt. Ich meine solche Probleme gab es früher auch mal bei diversen OPEL-Motoren.
An ein Dichtigkeitsproblem des N75 oder des SUV (beides die Serienteile wie alle anderen auch!) glaube ich nicht, da der Ladedruck bis zu besagter Drehzahl problemlos gehalten wird - erst ab 4500U/min kann das System die ca.1000mbar Ladedruck nicht mehr halten. Daher denke ich hilft mir auch kein N75J oder N75H.
Jetzt meine Fragen in den Raum: Was mein Ihr dazu? Hat jemand von euch evtl. ähnliches Verhalten?
